[cisco-voip] DSP Keepalive Timeout

Every once and a while (once or twice a year) we get a phone that just behaves weird. No dialtone, sometimes dialtone, obnoxious dialtone, dialtone cutting out. Then it displays DSP Keepalive Timeout. All other phones on the same network are working fine. 

We've just tossed the phones. Or use them for parts. Anyone else see this?
