[cisco-voip] CUCM 8.5.1(SU1) Backup fails after upgrade from 6.1.4

We have just upgraded from 6.1.4 to 8.5.1(SU1), and since then our pub backs up fine, but our sub's fail on backing up SYSLOGAGT with the following error.
We've opened a TAC case on  it via our supplier, but just wandered if anybody on this list has seen it?
