[cisco-voip] upgrading to Callmanager 8.5 via PUT from 7.0

When going from CallManager 7x to 8.5, I recall you can't order just CM8.5-K9-UPG= as you won't get a PAK, just the 8.5 upgrade media, you must order CM8.0-K9-UPG to get the PAK for a 8.x license software version key. Can anyone contradict this?
