Daniel,

Make sure the user has a voicemail profile setup.  I’ve seen this issue before and the voicemail profile wasn’t set for the user.

Hi everyone,

our costumer hast CUCM 6.1.3 and CUPS 8.5.

A few people are testing the Personal Communicator in Version 8.5 right now and they complain that they are not able to redirect incoming calls via CUPC to their voicemail. This problem only appears in deskphone-control mode.
In case they’re using their softphone everything works well.

I tried the same in my lab and it works in both modes.

Any idea?
