[cisco-voip] backup just up and quit on CUCM v7.1.5b

So my backups stopped working on CUCM v7.1.5b, I noticed because of a script that I have running checking for the existence of files. 

When I go to the DRS gui and check the history, it says no history. When I check the scheduler, it says the master or local agents are not running. 

I check the service control centre and see that both are running on the publisher for about 47 days. 

I restart them both. 

I can now see the past history and the schedule is there as well. 

The syslog doesn't show me anything. 

What gives? Anyone seen this before?
