[cisco-voip] Displaying original phone number with cfwdall

I had the exact same problem and I posed my problem on this list but I
didn't get a response. What worked for me is as follows.
Instead of calling party transform mask I used the external phone number
mask on each DN and under the gateway configuration I chose the last
redirect number (external). In this case all forwarded calls will appear as
coming from the DID of the phone which forwarded the call.
