[cisco-voip] FXS or FXO?

Looking for a quick answer on something.

 

For a specific scenario, I need to route calls from Cisco to an analog
"station port" on one of my Avaya's.

 

Question is; do I need an FXO or an FXS in my router to accomplish this?
