[cisco-voip] Time Display on phones

I grabbed the SDK, and threw up the included Clock app.  It's only Hours and
minutes as well.

I don't have time dedicated to write my own app, so I'll just suggest the
get an atomic clock for the wall, and I'll continue to play with this in my
free time.
