[cisco-voip] Cisco IP Phones Problem

Hello RyanI defined ephone-dn  and ephone for the IP Phone, but still the same result.Here are the configs;
ephone-dn  44  number 1406   label line 1  description TESTING IPHONE - 1406  name Testing IPhones 
ephone  92  description TESTING IPHONE-SPARE   mac-address 001B.D4B0.XXFF  ephone-template 1  type 7941GE  button 1:44
