[cisco-voip] help: TNT issue

Customer added new DNIS for DR site, TNT is in production receiving 30,000 calls a day.  After adding 30 new DNIS, the telco says that the *8 is not being received.  Can see the *8 in the VG but telco only received 8 plus an 11 digit number.  Any quick tips on how to get the * from being dropped?
