[cisco-voip] Brightness issue with SCCP 9.2.1 and 9.0.3 on 7970

Nic to here that the is a TAC opened.At our Customers at which we have
installed a PoE Switch now
said the same thing. The Brightness is gone. With Power Supply on the Phone
it's normal
