[cisco-voip] Console Port connected but screen blank

I have seen other services take the ports needed and not release them.  If
the computer was not rebooted in between the times you used last  it try a
reboot of the computer/

I saw someone connect to an Aux port instead of Console recently and get
that result.

yesterday i worked on 2921, 2960sw, VG224GW, they all was working now today
trying to connect thru console port on router, switch, none of them working
does any one experience this issue it happened to me first time after
connect to console port CRT is blank, tried putty blank any idea suggestions
pls?
