looks like there are some database inconsistencies with route filters that were migrated from4.1(3)sr8 to 7.1(3b) using DMA then upgraded to 7.1(5b)SU3.

the TAC has escalated to developers. hopefully there is a resolution soon.

i will post when i have the solution.

curious if anyone out there who has upgraded from 4 to 7 is experiencing the same thing or not.

more info...

i tried creating a new route filter and was able to edit it using the buttons as designed.

interestingly enough, when i click Edit, I see all the components of the clause like i used to. with ones that already existed, i only see the components that are populated.

i'm guessing it has something to do with the migration from 4 to 7.

TAC case here I come...

I'm trying to edit some route filters, but am not able to. When I click the EDIT CLAUSE button it brings up a popup with the clause details, I edit the field, click save and nothing happens. When I click the CLOSE button the update does not appear on the original route filter screen.

Both Firefox (3.6.13) and IE (7.0.5730.11) complain about line 584. IE says something like: Line:584 Char: 9 Error: 'value' is null or not an object Code: 0

I checked for bugs but couldn't find any.

Any thoughts? I'm updating Java but I don't think this is a Java issue.
