[cisco-voip] Cisco UCCX Agent Versioning

My versions are the same as yours, i.e. 7.0(1)SR05_Build504 and 6.6.1.400.

We just applied SR5 to our 7.0(1)SR05_Build504

 

It doesn't appear that our agents are upgrading.

 

My agents currently have 6.6.1.400.

 

My VAR is saying that it should be 6.6.1.54

 

That just seems backwards to me.

 

Any comments?
