[cisco-voip] Switch-Version Reboot on 8.6 took a long time..

Patched a UCXN system from 8.6.1 to 8.6.1a and the reboot took much longer than normal by a factor of several minutes. Seemed to be a lot going on with SELinux components.
Is this normal?
