[cisco-voip] customizing the ivr

Hi,

I want to remove all the custom messages and have just our own simple one.

Hi, welcome to our company. If you know the extensions number, you can press
that anytime, or you can press 0 to speak to customer support.
and then the choices are either the extensions they called, or the 0 for
customer care.
I already recorded and activated this greeting.

I designed but it does not work. I do not know how to debug this or what to
to send here to show and get help? should I show the script editor
screenshots ?
