[cisco-voip] strange cisco RCC/Outlook behavior

Turns out that this particular PC didn't like the FQDN under the 'trusted sites' setting.  It liked https://<hostname<https://%3chostname>>

Could be, or MOC or something else that integrates with the OS for dialing.
Is the TSP listed under phone/modem options?

We use the CUP Remote Call Control plugin provided with CUPS.
When trying to right click and dial a contact in Outlook 2007, instead of the phone dialing we get a box with several options and a 'call' button like one would expect with the Cisco TSP.   We have it working on several hundred other PCs.   Could it be that this user used to use the TSP and has dialing rules/properties set up?

Any ideas?
