Subject: [cisco-voip] Getting Secondary Dial-tone when dialing a translation

So I made a new translation 523501 translates to 559100.

I have extensions defined in 527XXX.

When I dial 5235 I get a secondary dialtone, and when I dial 01, the call completes to 559100 like I expect.

It's the secondary dialtone that is showing up that has me concerned.

Where would I look to start trouble shooting this?
