[cisco-voip] remote login with Extension Mobility?

You can use the EM API with a Extension Mobility proxy user, the API is documented here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/devguide/8_6_1/em.html

You may find some sample code online, it's really just a HTTP Post of the appropriate XML object, otherwise you could consider a 3rd party product, for example PhoneView from Unified FX (http://www.unifiedfx.com<http://www.unifiedfx.com/>) among other things includes the ability to log any user in/out (by proxy). There is a free version of PhoneView that works with less than 50 phones, and if you need to, it can also log users in/out on UCME systems too.
