Hi Nathan

>From UCCX/CUCM/UC system, if whole server (first node / second node) crash,
I need to replace a server. Can you do the following thing to resume
immediately.

1.	Hard disk clone for the whole system (windows & UCCX) before crash
2.	If either server crash, I insert the clone hard disk to the replaced
server.
3.	Restore the configuration from DRS and resume the service.

Can anyone advise?

Thanks
Best Regards
David

Have you checked the Disaster/Recovery Guides for these servers? They have
all the information you need. In my opinion, it is very straight forward
and works really well.
