Does anyone know if the cisco phones will display the names of missed calls based on personal directory entries? Does the name have to be entered in the personal address book for the missed call to show that “name” information? Or are we totally dependent on what the central office sends? If a caller calls and the central office sends “private” does the cisco personal address book display the name of what in entered or does it show still as “Private”?
