[cisco-voip] 3750 and ACLs and slow response time.

We have two sites in which we use 3750s as the collapsed core (core/dist). I am noticing really slow response when just copying ACLs into these switches. 

Anyone have these and notice this problem? I'm reading a bit about SDM templates, but it's a bit over my head.
