[cisco-voip] Transformations

I am running 8.6.

11 Digit DN's, but they can dial 3 digits within a site. Translation pattern is converting the 3 digits to 11.  I have calling party transformations configured, so that when a 3 digit call arrives it only shows the 3 digits. However, called party transformations do not seem to be operating as expected. On my device pool I also set the CSS for connected party transformation. Am I missing something?
