[cisco-voip] CUEAC 8.5.1.5 blind transfer delay issue sometimes

Hello,

I've been working with Cisco on this for awhile, and not really
getting anywhere, and thought maybe someone here may have an idea.
Someone on the ARC Forums also has same problem with CUEAC 8.6. CUCM
8.5.1. Everything is VM, CUCMs on UCS B series and CUEAC is on ESXi
Host (not on UCS).

Anyway, issue is with blind transfers done via keyboard, sometimes the
person the front desk operator is transferring caller to gets the call
and can't hear the person for 2-3 seconds and says hello to person
calling 2-3 times before the 2 parties can hear one another. The
outside caller calling in hears music on the transfer briefly then the
music stops, then they hear music again very briefly before they are
connected to person the front desk transferred to. This only happens
on transfers done with ARC attendant console. Regular users who
transfer their calls to others don't report this problem. We have set
up the ARC attendant console for Direct Transfer=ALL also and it makes
no difference.

Cisco TAC had us collect logs and traces from all servers and the PC,
and has us disbale LRO settings on the VMs and ESXi hosts and that did
not help either.

Erick
