[cisco-voip] Application user associations

Would there be any problems with turning BIB on, on every phone (~2000)
for, on demand recording?

Would there be any problem with associating every phone to one Application
user?  CM 7.1

We are starting to do call recording and instead of the administrative
headache associated with that, we would just like to turn it on, on every
phone.

TAC supported?

in all reallity we only have about 160 people who record, but we are also
thinking about EM and employee turn over.
