I believe the SRND discusses limitations about 3rd party call control (that would be CTI monitoring to then invoke recording).  Back of envelope calculations this doesn't sound too bad. 7945's yes?

in all reallity we only have about 160 people who record, but we are also thinking about EM and employee turn over.
