[cisco-voip] 7936 firmware issues

Hi All,

  We have a handful of 7936 phones that are giving us a problem.  We have about five 7936 phones that show nothing for the phone load.  I have noted the following:


1.       The phones will register to our CCM 4.2 cluster

2.       The phones wont upgrade to ANY firmware, old or new.

3.       The phone load shown on the phones' admin webpage are blank.

Any ideas of how to force these to boot to the default internal load.
