Remember to use the bulk certificate import feature if you do this with CUCM 8.x so that the https certs on the other clusters can be authenticated by the local TVS service when phones do queries across clusters.

Yes you can do this. I have a customer who has two clusters and I renamed the original service on each to reflect a geographic name and then actually added the other cluster as a second enterprise subscription with its geographic name

On 7965 Pressing Directories then 5. Corporate Directory, can I rename this to show “Firm Directory”? or is the name Corporate Directory locked. They don’t want to create a custom service.

This seems to imply yes, requires resetting phones, but wanted confirmation from someone who has done it.
