[cisco-voip] IP Communicator using wrong ip (not anyconnect)

I have a telecommuter running windows 7 64-bit.  I have CM 7.1.5 here.

Telecommuter is using Anyconnect 2.5. to ASA running 8.4.2 here.

With my other >100 telecommuters they use the IP address give by the ASA to
the anyconnect client for registering there IPC client.  All works fine.

But I have a Telecommuter that the IPC client (running 8.6.1) will use the
external IP address of the PC rather than the Anyconnect IP.

Is this some kind of bug?  Software problem?  Any anyone seen this before?
 I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Anyconnect client and the IPC
client.

Other ideas?
