dial-peer 7 < Support 7 digit dialing
[2-9]......$

dial-peer 10 < Support 10 digit dialing in your area
213[2-9]......$

dial-peer 11 < Support North American Long Distance
1[2-9].........$

When your area switches to 10 digit and it is enforced by your telco, you could prepend 213 to the dialed digits in dial-peer 7 if needed.
