[cisco-voip] CFNA timer

I have a question about the Call Forward No Answer timer.  I see the
setting in the Service Parameters.

Is there a Per Phone / Per group way of adjusting this?

I have a group of 7 or 8 phones that needs this number to
be extraordinarily long.  I don't want to change it for the other 700
phones however.
