Hi,
 
Can anyone Send me how can I integrate CISCO UCCX ver. 7 With MS CRM ver 4 by using HTTP at Cisco CAD.
 
the Information that will be collected from the customer is the caller ID (ANI) then I need only a pop up screen from the CRM to view the details of the client if he has a record in the CRM
