-Check if TCD (Telephony call distribution)service is down.
-Check if hunt option is checked under phone config.

pls check if all phones are in same device pool(Not sure if this

Update, followed by a reset should work in most cases ;-)

Btw, when using broadcast you shouln't have to use share lines anymore
;-)

Subject: [cisco-voip] broadcast shared line hunt group

Hey all,

I have configure a hunt group that includes 2 extensions that are shared
lines, 2000 is configured on half the phones and 2001 is configured on
the other half, 2003 is the hunt group pilot number, the hunt group is
configured to broadcast to 2000 and 2001.

The problem is that the hunt group does not broadcast to the these
listed extensions, it processes the extensions top-down?

Have anyone run into this problem before and if what was the workaround.

CUCM is version 7.0
