StopMediaTransmission is the message from CUCM to the ANN to stop sending RTP. The ANN in this case is complaining that the conference it is being told to stop sending on has already been torn down.

If you look earlier in the trace you can see that it appears to have gotten that message twice.

Here is the first one.
> 02/02/2011 12:38:35.745 VoiceStrm|   [ANN][10.7.7.23] DeviceMgr::ProcessDriverEvents ANN: AId 15, CId 36983978, PId 0: Freeing RX Stream(0xF8C0B59C) Wait(T) PktCnt/SIL=465/0.
> 02/02/2011 12:38:35.746 VoiceStrm|   [ANN][10.7.7.23]CMsgQueue::GetMessage() Message dequeued, MsgType=1026, wP=0, lP=36983978, queueSize=0|<CLID::StandAloneCluster><NID::10.7.7.23><LVL::Detailed><MASK::2000>
> 02/02/2011 12:38:35.754 VoiceStrm|   [ANN][10.7.7.23] DeviceMgr::recvStationStopMediaTransmissionMsg Application ID = 15, ConferenceID = 36983978, PassThruPartyID = 34266746|<CLID::StandAloneCluster><NID::10.7.7.23><LVL::Significant><MASK::2000>

And in response the ANN stops sending media.
> 02/02/2011 12:38:35.754 VoiceStrm|<--IpPlayWav::StopMediaMsg (15,36983978,0) |<CLID::StandAloneCluster><NID::10.7.7.23><LVL::Entry_exit><MASK::2002>
> 02/02/2011 12:38:35.754 VoiceStrm|-->CPlayWavFilesMgr::PlayTerminated(15,36983978,0) |<CLID::StandAloneCluster><NID::10.7.7.23><LVL::Entry_exit><MASK::2000>

Then it logs the same message again, but this time with the error because it's already been torn down.
> 02/02/2011 12:38:35.764 VoiceStrm|   [ANN][10.7.7.23] DeviceMgr::ProcessDriverEvents ANN: AId 15, CId 36983978, PId 34266746: Freeing TX Stream(0xF8C0CAE4) Wait(F) PktCnt/SIL=466/0.
> 02/02/2011 12:38:35.754 VoiceStrm|   [ANN][10.7.7.23] DeviceMgr::recvStationStopMediaTransmissionMsg Application ID = 15, ConferenceID = 36983978, PassThruPartyID = 34266746|<CLID::StandAloneCluster><NID::10.7.7.23><LVL::Significant><MASK::2000>
> 02/02/2011 12:38:35.767 VoiceStrm|   [ANN][10.7.7.23] DeviceMgr::recvStationStopMediaTransmissionMsg *ERROR* Conference ID is invalid!, passThruPartyID=34266746|<CLID::StandAloneCluster><NID::10.7.7.23><LVL::Error><MASK::2000>

I'd look at the detailed CCM traces to see if CCM really sent that message twice or if the logging in IPVMSA is doing odd things.
