[cisco-voip] Urgent help (Cisco phone directory is missing)

HI All,
I need an urgent help, All of our customer complaining that their cisco
phone directory is missing  both personal and other . Can any one help me on
this case ?

Details :
CCM :- 7.1.3.32900-4 version

what step i have to perform ?
