[cisco-voip] UCCX database write help ...

What trace configs do you suggest checking for the MIVR log?  None of my trace configs so far have revealed anything – not sure I’m capturing what I need.

Gerrad,

From you what you have described, this looks ok.  Have you tried dumbing down your INSERT statement to a simple:

insert into test_table (col1) values ('value1')

There is a lot going on there, and we don't even know if you have permissions to write to the table.  Testing a simple insert on a test table would help us understand.

See if you can also attach an MIVR log for us.
