[cisco-voip] Translation Pattern CSS

That is working by design. A translation needs it's own CSS. That's why many of the Cisco suggestions for features (such as hiding calling party information) are not scalable. 

It would be nice if the adopted the approach Connection took with search space implementations and allow you to select "inherit" as the CSS. That would be phenomenal.
