[cisco-voip] Why can't you enter multiple PAKs at once on cisco.com/go/license?

Over the past 2 years my wait time for licensing at cisco.com<mailto:licensing at cisco.com> was averaging in the 4+ hours area...with sometimes 1-2 days....but today I got a callback in 1 hour!

Just email licensing at cisco.com<mailto:licensing at cisco.com> the PAKs, MAC address, End user details, etc all the usual stuff you fill out on the site and they'll sort it out.

Why can't you enter multiple PAKs at once on cisco.com/go/license for DLUs for the same CallManager publisher?

I have 8 PAKs, how come I have to repeat the whole process 8 times, entering the MAC and end-user info each time?
