[cisco-voip] Why can't you enter multiple PAKs at once on cisco.com/go/license?

My latest interaction was pretty good: 

    • initial email out: Fri @ 2:42pm 
    • initial email in: Fri @ 7:17pm 

I ended up getting the licenses on Monday morning. I'm betting if I had responded sooner (or even started it earlier or not on a Friday) I would have got the licenses the same day.

Over the past 2 years my wait time for licensing at cisco.com was averaging in the 4+ hours area…with sometimes 1-2 days….but today I got a callback in 1 hour!

Just email licensing at cisco.com the PAKs, MAC address, End user details, etc all the usual stuff you fill out on the site and they’ll sort it out.

Why can't you enter multiple PAKs at once on cisco.com/go/license for DLUs for the same CallManager publisher? 



I have 8 PAKs, how come I have to repeat the whole process 8 times, entering the MAC and end-user info each time?
