[cisco-voip] MWI activation in CDR

that sounds right. with SCCP integration between CM and Unity.  Newer 
versions offer SIP integration and a new multi-mwi feature. I have not 
seen how that is implemented exactly but was lead to believe it may not 
generate the same 0 duration CDR's.
