I have to admit that it is much easier that it used to be. The modify button
allow you quickly reorder, insert or remove features, we used to have to
build a Phone button template first then populate, and if there was change
start over.

I have asked in the Cisco partner session if there were any roadmap feature
enhancements being developed that  would allow drag an drop functionality
for the line appearances.

It would also be nice to be able to add shared lines from the Line
associated device window so you do not have leave that line appearance to
add the same information to another phone. Shared lines are heavy used in
the Executive Administrator communities and this is the most time consuming
task on large phone roll-outs, customizing line appearances.
