I would imagine Lua is really handy for CUCM interworking with other IP PBX platforms using SIP. For SIP Trunking I think IOS based SIP Profiles is still easier for header manipulation, but I'm really happy Cisco is providing the ability to modify SIP on CUCM now. Awesome!
