[cisco-voip] cdr cluster name change not taking affect/effect

Restarted CallManager service on publisher, still writes with old cluster name.

CCM process writes the CDRs so I don't think you are getting away without a service restart.

i'd rather not restart the cluster. any idea what service controls this?
