[cisco-voip] CUCM Upgrade 6.1.4 to 7.1.5

upgraded the firmware to the latest available for 7.1.5? (if you don't have 
greater than 8.5.2, you have to upgrade to 8.5.2 first...)

checked the ip phone services configured?

investigated an individual ip phone configuration file for further details?

investigated an ip phone's status page or log files from its webpage?

Hi there

i have a minor issue after a CUCM upgrade at the weekend

All my phones 7942's now have duplicate directory entries
i.e under directories button i now see
1/missed calls
2/received calls
3/placed calls
4/missed calls
5/received calls
6/placed calls
7/personal directory
8/corporate directory


has anyone seen this already and if so how can i remove the duplicate?
