[cisco-voip] CUCM 7/8 inbound call blocking

Hi all, 

My query is very simple, pls take out some time to help me. 

In Cucm 7/8, can i block inbound call based on caller-id ? i can do this on 
gateway i know. I just want to know that does cucm provides any feature of doing 
it ? i read on cisco netpro that CUCM takes decision based on called number and 
not caller-id. So can some one tell me ?
