[cisco-voip] CUCM 7/8 inbound call blocking

Dear Sir, 

I have seen different ppl asking the same query about blocking inbound calls 
based on CLID. Why CUCM doesnt contain this feature ? is there any reason behind 
it ?

Paul, 
    That would work for targeting cLled number and modifying the corresponding 
calling party number, but that's it
     The only effective way I know is using an H323 gateway, but it's not 
scalable.  The 'proper way' is to use contact center, I think The IVR module, 
but don't quote me on that part.
