[cisco-voip] UCCX and UCCE questions

Hello All,

I have 2 questions.


   1. I know that UCCX8 outbound dialer does not support playing recorded
   messages...is it true? does UCCE support this feature?
   2. The customer wants any new dialed number by one of the agent to be
   stored automatically in a database, is it applicable? i can make workaround
   if not
