[cisco-voip] how to tell what AIM-CUE module I have?

the upgrade notes for CUE 7.1 (although I'm upgrading to 7.3) mention that I need AIM 1gB and that it won't work on AIM-512.

when I do a show hardware on my service engines I see:

CPU Model: Celeron (Coppermine)
CPU Speed (MHz): 298.909
CPU Cache (KByte): 128
BogoMIPS: 587.77
Chassis Type: C3845
Chassis Serial: <snip>
Module Type: AIM
Module Serial: <snip>
SDRAM (MByte): 256

I don't see a 1GB AIM CUE module anywhere. Only a 1GB compact flash. Does this mean I have to upgrade?
