[cisco-voip] FXO discconnect problem

Hi all,
 
I face a series problem that 
I have voice system with auto attaendant message 
after completeing any external call or any body call me and no answer the FXO port still up around 2 minutes.
anyone tried to call me in these 2 minutes received busy tone
 
I searched for the solution and found that there is configuration can be made on router and voiceport to solve this problem 
but the problem still happened
 
these is my configuration
