[cisco-voip] Unity strageness

I have an issue at one location that voicemail is behaving strangely.

Users can log into Unity but they do not hear the message that there is
new voicemail only you have x saved messages. However I can log into
their Unity and hear the message.

We can call the external DID for unity and they hear everything.  

 

Thoughts ?
